CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Most business owners will not authorise the release of confidential details of their business until full details of the prospective buyer have been provided and a confidentiality agreement signed.
I/WE HEREBY acknowledge that I/we have been introduced to the following property/business by Business Realty Ltd MREINZ:
I/WE also acknowledge that I/we will receive access to confidential information relating to the property/business and its clients. I/we undertake to keep strictly confidential all of the information except to the extend that the information may already be in the public domain and that I/we will not use or disclose the information in any way whatsoever other than to my/our accountancy, financial and legal advisors who are required to have knowledge of the same to enable me/us to be properly advised in connection with the proposed purchase of the property/business. I/we agree to return all information and all copies thereof to Business Realty Ltd promptly upon request should I/we not wish to proceed with the purchase of the property/business. I/we undertake not to retain in any format any information pertaining to the property/business. I/we acknowledge that it may incur damages and liabilities should any losses, costs or expenses be incurred by the seller as a consequence of any breach by me/us of the terms of this agreement.
