 Peter has been involved in aged care since 1986 including consultancy, development, investment, management and marketing aged care properties. In 2005 Peter established Business Realty Limited, licensed  Agents Reaa  2008, specialising in marketing Health and Aged Care Facilities thought out New Zealand. Peter is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and holds a Diploma in Real Estate specialising in commercial property and business sales plus a New Zealand Institute of Management Diploma. Prior to  involvement in the health care sector  Peter established in 1976 a company exporting building systems to the Pacific Islands for schools, churches,hospitals and houses. and is also  involved in property development and property management.
